Yes, Promontory Place works with all the Local Housing Authorities and accepts Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. Please contact our leasing office to learn about the application process for voucher holders.
Is renter’s insurance required to live at Promontory Place?
For your protection, we advise all residents to maintain an active renter’s insurance policy. You are free to choose your own provider, or for your convenience, you can opt into our community’s preferred plan through Asset Protect for a low monthly cost.
Does Promontory Place offer a fitness center or other wellness amenities?
Yes, Promontory Place features a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights etc Our goal is to provide residents with convenient options to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
Is there a pool at Promontory Place and what are its operating hours?
Absolutely! The pool is typically open from 9 AM to 9 PM during the summer season. Please check with the leasing office for specific seasonal hours and guest policies.
Do the apartments come with a washer and dryer?
Yes, every one of our apartment homes includes a full-size combo washer and dryer for your convenience.
Are there facilities for residents who own bicycles?
Yes, Promontory Place is a bike-friendly community. We provide a secure bike storage room for your convenience.
What documentation is needed to verify income and eligibility for Promontory Place?
To apply for housing at Promontory Place, you’ll typically need proof of income (which include last 4 most recent paystubs, identification, and potentially other documents. Our staff will provide a specific checklist.
How is trash handled at Promontory Place? Is it convenient?
We are happy to offer residents at Promontory Place valet trash. Please contact leasing office for days and times they come as well as to get garage/recycling bins.
Can residents reserve the clubhouse for private events?
No, as we don’t have a way to close it off. However, our lounge area is open for resident use during office hours.
Do you host resident events?
Absolutely! Promontory Place loves to bring our community together. We host regular resident events monthly. Keep an eye on our community calendar for upcoming events!
